Living and working in Nelson lakes, I am fully aware of the need to build for the extreme climatic conditions experienced here - this means siting your home for maximum solar gain, maximising natural sunlight, ventilation and insulation (I recommend triple glazing, for example); passive heat sinks, durable building materials, proven building techniques. We can work together to produce a beautiful home that meets your budget. I am happy to offer a fixed contract price that includes all labour, materials, plumbing, electrical, gib-stopping, painting, drainlaying, septic tank installation and water tank as required.
